1. GENERAL

The REVIR store is operated by REVIR AB. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and REVIR AB (Reg. No. XXXXXX - XXXX) (“REVIR”; may be referred to as “us” and “we”) and apply to all orders placed on REVIR’s website www.revir.us (the “Website”). Please note that orders can only be placed by private individuals above the age of 18 who reside in Sweden at the time of the placement of the order. REVIR reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Please note that the Terms and Conditions valid for your order is always the version of the Terms and Conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

2. LANGUAGE

The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

When you place an order on www.ourlegacy.se an account will be created in our customer management system. The only information that will be stored is the information you provide to your order such as shipping and billing address as well as email address. If you create an account yourself you will be able to choose a password with which you can log in to your account online and view your order history and track your order. If you would like to delete an account you can also contact info@revir.us and the customer care team will assist you. Please note that an order may be placed without creating an account.

4. PLACING ORDER

By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Before you place an order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the “Shipping Confirmation” e-mail. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

4.1 ORDER CONFIRMATION

REVIR receives your order when you click the “CHECKOUT” – button in the checkout. When REVIR has received your order, you will receive an e-mail with your “Order Confirmation” including your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order. Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you.

4.2 ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once the order has been processed, a ”Shipping Confirmation” e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The “Shipping Confirmation” is our acceptance of your order.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Please note that REVIR cannot guarantee that all the products shown on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase at the time you place your order. In the event the product is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order. We will refund you the amount of the purchase if we already have received payment from you. REVIR preserves its right to stop selling a product. Sale, special offers and promotions that are advertised on the Website are valid until stock lasts unless other terms are stated in the offer.

6. COLOURS AND PRODUCT IMAGES

The products displayed on the Website are reflecting the products’ colors and other qualities as lifelike as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. REVIR cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

7. PRICES AND SHIPPING CHARGES

All prices on the Website are stated excluding shipping charges but including Swedish VAT. The prices may vary between the physical store and the Website. The prices and any shipping charges shown on the Website may vary from time to time and REVIR is not bound by the price until REVIR has accepted the order by sending the “Shipping Confirmation” to you. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the “Shipping Confirmation”), we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. REVIR always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund you the amount of the purchase. Please also note that REVIR may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by REVIR under the condition that you realized or should have realized that the price information was incorrect. Shipping charges for your order (if any) are shown at the checkout stage.

8. PAYMENTS

The following payment methods are accepted:

8.1 CARD PAYMENT

REVIR accepts payment by VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Euro Card. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Credit card payment is made with our partner Adyen. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

8.2 PAYPAL

You can choose to pay with your Pay-Pal Credit or through a credit -, debit card connected to your PayPal account. For more information, visit www.paypal.com. Please note that when paying with PayPal your shipping address needs to be your registered residence.

8.3 KLARNA INVOICE

When you pay through Klarna invoice payment you shop safe and easy. You never have to state your credit-, or debit card details, and you always pay after you have received your order. Please note that when invoice payment with Klarna is chosen, your shipping address needs to be your registered residence.

9. SHIPPING

Orders within Sweden will be shipped with DHL and delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point for collection. We aim to deliver your order within 1 - 4 days from the day you received the “Shipping Confirmation”. Please note that during Swedish National Holidays and sale, orders may take up to 5 days to dispatch. We operate Monday through Friday with exception for public holidays. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If REVIR fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase. Please note that, if you have chosen invoice payment with Klarna an alternative shipping address cannot be used. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the DHL tracking number by e-mail and your parcel can then be tracked on www.servicepointinrikes.se. DHL will inform you by SMS or e-mail once your parcel has been delivered to the Service Point and is ready for collection. 10. UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

REVIR reserves the right to charge you the actual cost for any shipping charges for uncollected packages. The shipping charges will be deducted from the amount paid for the order.

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

11.1 WITHDRAWAL

You have a 14-days legal right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59). This means that you are entitled to cancel your purchase your product by submitting or sending notice thereof to REVIR within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product. The notice may be sent in different ways. Preferably, you can use our return form provided together with the delivery. You can also use the standard form that can be found at Konsumentverket’s website. Please note that you of course do not need to use the special forms but may send us a letter or an e-mail to the above-referenced mailing and e-mail addresses including information that you will withdraw or exchange your purchase. If you send us an e-mail, we will send you a confirmation upon receiving your notice. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us. You may wish to keep a copy of your withdrawal notification for your own records.

11.2 REFUND RELATING TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you choose to withdraw your purchase in accordance with the terms set forth in this section 11, REVIR will issue a refund of the amount paid to REVIR including any shipping charges you have paid for the delivery from REVIR to you. REVIR will pay the refund as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest of the date on which we have received your notice of withdrawal, under the condition that REVIR has received the product/s from you or if REVIR has obtained proof that the products have been sent back to REVIR. The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the purchase if you do not explicitly accept another method. You will not be charged extra if another payment method is used. Please note that REVIR only issues a full refund if the product/s is in the same conditions as at the time of delivery. If the products’ value has diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function, you have an obligation to reimburse us. Thus, REVIR then has the right to withhold such amount of the refund. To avoid a deduction, please make sure the product you wish to refund is in the exact same condition as when you received them, with tag and seal still attached. For example, shoes must not be used at all or on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them and clothes may not be used or washed. Any original box must be fully intact and shoes must be returned in their undamaged original shoe box which is considered to be a part of the product.

11.3 EXCHANGES

Purchased products are exchangeable into a different size in accordance with the terms set forth in this section 11. All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you have exchanged a product, REVIR will pay the shipping charges for the new product. Please note that sale products are non-exchangeable but can be returned with a full refund.

11.4 SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCTS

Please note that you have to pay for the shipping charges when you return the products in accordance with your withdrawal and exchange right.

11.5 RETURNING THE PRODUCTS

Upon your withdrawal of your purchase, please return the product/s as soon as reasonably practicable but no later than 14 days after sending your notice. When returning, REVIR recommends that you always pack the product in the same way and in the same packaging as when the products where sent to you. Please follow the steps below. • Place the product(s) in the original shipping box/bag, or any other solid carton box or plastic bag. • Please fill out the return form provided together with the delivery and put in the box or bag. • Close the box or bag and tape it securely. • Place the return address on the box over the prior delivery information. • Return at your nearest delivery point. • Please send the package to: FAO - REVIR RETURNS XXXX XXXX XXXX Please note that you bear the risk for the products until it has been delivered to REVIR. Thus, you should always keep a copy of your shipping receipt for your own records.

12. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. However, you must always notify REVIR within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. Please send the notification to our address at REVIR c/o REVIR AB, Box 5224, 102 45 STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN or e-mail it to store@ourlegacy.se. Please always describe why you consider the product to be defective and please remember to refer to your order number. If REVIR consider the products to be defective, REVIR will make a full refund including shipping charges. Please see more information about your legal consumer rights in the Consumer Act (1990: 932). When returning the product please follow the steps described above under section 11.5.

13. REVIR’S QUALITY GUARANTEE

REVIR acts in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. Please notify us as soon as possible after receiving defective products.

For the safety of your personal data, REVIR uses Adyen Payment Gateway / SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during registration and checkout. 19. INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE

REVIR’s ambition is that the Website always shall be up and running, however we cannot guarantee this. REVIR cannot promise that the content of the Website is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. REVIR may, at any time, amend the content of the Website. Although REVIR strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the Website and online shop, errors may occur. Part of the services provided through the Website are maintained by third party operators. In situations where REVIR acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. 22. REVIR’S RESPONSIBILITY

REVIR’s liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by law. In no case whatsoever will REVIR assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as government action or omission, new legislation, labor conflict, war or threat of war, major disruptions of public order, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, natural disaster, accident or other circumstances beyond REVIR’s control and which REVIR could not reasonably have overcome or anticipate. REVIR’s liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order. In case of force majeure, REVIR’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and REVIR can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by REVIR.

23. PROVISIONS SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these Terms and Conditions; instead the invalid terms and conditions shall be replaced with other terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms and Conditions.

24. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden (excluding the international sale of goods act). Any disputes pertaining to these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively referred to the district court of Stockholm, as the court of first instance. Please also note that you can also file possible claims against REVIR before the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
